Well this weekend was very busy what with planning my father's surprise 50th birthday. Since he is leaving this weekend and his birthday is on the 21st we decided to throw a surprise party last Saturday. Friends and family attended and it turned out to be a great party. There was fried chicken, German sausage, potato salad (mom's and grandma's recipe), and cake. The party was held at the factory and started at 8:30PM and lasted until 7AM the next day. All went well without any problems except for the small down pour of light rain that occurred during the hours of 2 and 3 AM.
