Yes it's winter in Lima for those of you enjoying your summer up north. Surprisingly its been cold here. Last night I woke up because I realized that my legs were freezing which surprised me because I have never experienced this in Lima. It reminded me of the winters in Portland. So the other day I was driving around Lima with my father and I happened to take my camera with me so I decided to take some pictures of the city. We traveled to Cercado de Lima, Breña, Barranco, Miraflores, Callao, and San Juan de Miraflores. The weather in Lima for the past month and a half has been fairly overcast with rain from time to time. During the day it's a decent 65F degrees with the night temps reaching as low as 45. I definately miss the sun but I won't have to wait long for summer to come back to me!
